(461c) Making Use of CAPE-OPEN Technology in Process Simulation

Implementing CAPE-OPEN interfaces in process simulators and in software components enables the seamless use of unit operation models and thermodynamic servers in various process simulators, without any rewriting of any part.

The demo will show how the same unit operation model can be used in different process simulators and the same will be done for a thermodynamic model. Process simulators will include Aspen Plus, Aspen Hysys, PRO/II, UniSim Design, ProSim Plus, COFE.
