Supercritical Fluid Chromatography is used to determine the sorption isotherms for separation of chiral compounds. The techniques such as elution, frontal analysis, and perturbation methods were employed. The resulting isotherms from different techniques are compared with each other as well as theoretical models. The information is used for design and simulation of preparative columns.
