The Systems Biology Task Force was established by CACHE to develop educational materials for and to promote educational activities in systems biology with particular emphasis on engineering approaches and tools. This talk will provide an update on task force activities, with a particular emphasis on the day long student training workshop offered at the Foundations of Systems Biology in Engineering (FOSBE) conference in August, 2009.
