Communication is a vital skill for all engineers, but as an engineer plans a transition into management what is communicated to whom begins to change.

This presentation will highlight the changes in communication an engineer transitioning into management will want to make. These new communication styles and skills are looked for in people being considered for managment and are new capabilities that engineers who have become managers must show and grow.
