Simulations that involve a great amount of cases are becoming each time more frequent in optimization projects and sensitivity analysis. The current commercial software offers internal routines that solve some of the necessities of evaluation of situations as these, however useful mathematical treatment platforms does not communicated directly with process simulation software. The aim of the present work is to present a methodology where an integrated and synergic environment explores different simulation, optimization, visual and mathematical treatment environments advantages. Process simulator software CHEMCAD 6.0, form Chemstations, and the electronic spread sheet Microsoft Excel 2003 had been used, both software are available commercially.
