2008 Annual Meeting
Session: Advances in Thermochemical Cycles
This session focuses on recent developments that advance hydrogen production by novel water splitting processes that reduce reliance on fossil fuels. The primary area for this session will be thermochemical cycles. Typical processes include cycles such as the Sulfur-Iodine cycle, the Hybrid Sulfur cycle, and the Calcium-Bromine cycle, to name a few. However, contributions on other cycles and other methods including photoelectrochemical, and photobiological methods are also encouraged.
