(560a) Overview of Nanotechnology Activities at EPA Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

EPA will give an overview of nanotechnology activities at EPA under the

Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This will include components of

the review process for Premanufacture Notices of new chemical

substances, the goals and current outcomes for the Nanoscale Materials

Stewardship Program, other potential regulatory activities under TSCA,

and related EPA, federal, and international activities regarding

nanotechnology.
