It is studied the effects of the agitation velocity and three different geometries of agitators on the dissolution constant and the activation energy of solids with spherical geometry in a particular solvent. Subsequently, the temperature was varied in order to determine the effect of the two variables studied. It was found that the dissolution constants follows the Hixson-Crowell model and also that the activation energy is a function of the agitator's velocity and the agitator's geometry.
