(94b) Taking the Bull by the Horns: Developing a Career in Chemical Manufacturing

Most young engineers hired as production engineers at a chemical manufacturing facility are overwhelmed by their day-to-day tasks. This talk discusses how to find the time necessary for thinking about one's career and how to plan and develop one's career at a chemical manufacturing facility.
