(299e) S-I Process Economics Using H2A Analysis

An economic analysis of the S-I process using extractive distillation has been conducted. The H2A framework as outlined by the US Department of Energy has been used as a basis for all economic assumptions and calculations. Influences on the plant cost of engineering materials used in the process will be discussed, along with a review of major factors affecting the cost of hydrogen.
