This presentation will address the Carbon Market. Given that, as of this writing the U.S. climate change policy has yet to be determined, the presenter will discuss the several categories of potential paths U.S. climate change policy could take and identify which paths are clearly material for businesses. The presenter will then outline the business manifestations likely to arise from each of these paths, and discuss the elements of prudent corporate strategy now given the uncertainties.
