(167c) Business Plans, Investment Planning Models and Financial Risk in Che Capstone Design Classes

At the University of Oklahoma, the capstone experience consists of projects conducted in groups of two students, all projects being different.
In this presentation, we will explain how investment planning mathematical programming models as well as financial risk management is incorporated into process design projects.
We will also show how microeconomics and financial risk is used in product design projects.
Examples will be provided to illustrate how close to complex real cases we are able to get.
