Session: The Danckwerts Lecture

AIChE and IChemE together with Chemical Engineering Science, co-sponsor this annual Lecture. This years Danckwerts Lecture will be presented for the first time ever in the USA. This years recipient is DOROS NICOLAS THEODOROU, Professor, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Chemical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens, 9 Heroon Polytechniou Street, Zografou Campus, GR-157 80 Athens, Greece. Research interests include computer modelling of matter, application of statistical mechanics, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena for the elucidation of structure-processing-property relations in materials. Other interests also include polymer science and engineering, separation and catalytic properties of zeolites.
