Contributions are invited that deal specifically with polymers of a biological origin: proteins, nucleic acids, and polysaccharides. Especially of interest are topics that connect polymer science fundamentals with the understanding and applications of biopolymers. Within this unifying theme, examples of topics include behavior and uses of biological polymers in solutions and at interfaces, in complexes and interactions with other materials, and the structural and self-assembly properties of biopolymers.
