Sea's transport is one of the most essential ways of exportation and importation. But it does not mean that this kind of transport is the more economic way. This kind of transportation is affected by the sea's conditions as salt concentration, wind and waves. Many companies had spent a lot of money because of corrosion; it has been an economical impact. Corrosion is not only the degradation of metals is also the degradation or deterioration of economy, because where corrosion failures will be much more costly to fix. Many problems could potentially be solved simply by using the available improved technologies if there were better awareness of the existence of these technologies. Computerized expert systems and knowledge management tools should be utilized to educate and inform about corrosion control. There are many ways to controlled corrosion but any of them were being effective. In the search to find better ways to reduce corrosion has been necessary to design environmental sea's conditions in the laboratory in order to determine the corrosion's impact in metal samples. This project wants to improve this procedure. The purpose of this project is to design a chamber that can simulate the sea's conditions of temperature, pressure and salt concentration. The method used in this design follows the Standard Method of Salt Spray (Fog) Testing.
