In this paper, solubility data of methane in the mixture of ethanol+ hexane and ethanol+ cyclohexane at temperatures (291.15, 303.15, 318.15) K and pressures up to 12.00 MPa have been first measured with precision of 0.002 in mole fraction. Then the experimental data have been estimated using Peng-Robinson equation of state with two different mixing rules. The liquid molar volumes of the mixtures for ternary systems under high pressure have been measured and calculated using the Aalto-Keskinen model and Yen-Wood-Aalto-Keskinen model. Furthermore, the calculated results are compared with the experimental ones.
