(315l) Reverse Micelle Extraction of Egfp

Purification of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) using liquid-liquid extraction with reverse micelles will be discussed. This study examines the effect of surfactant concentration, salt concentration, and pH on the forward and backward extraction of EGFP. Extraction of EGFP from crude lysate will also be examined.
