The Development of Production of the Row of Organic Synthesis Parallel Products on the Basis of Available Equipment of Pavlodar Chemical Plant's Division of Plastic Additives and Dimethylphtalat Production.
The division of dimethylphtalat production possesses a row of unique equipment items that are made of stainless steel covered with special enamel. This equipment can be used in any complex organic synthesis. Activation does not require much finance and time expenditure. We worked out the scheme of simultaneous production of 6 kinds of products by processing only one kind of raw material. Those products are: turbine oil for Atomic Power Stations, 4 kinds of additives to oils, inflammation additives, a new means of slowing down salts deposit. Other variants of production are possible. The technology is unique because it allows preparing within 24 hours the same set of equipment for production of different kinds of products.
