Introductory presentation on the value of solid waste as a replacement opportunity in a resource-limited global environment. He will start by presenting a case study concerning packaging in Hawaii and how it relates to Waste-to-Energy. In addition, Mr Williams will elaborate on the Clinton Global Initiatives' Rethinking Waste Action Network, and the value of solid waste as a replacement opportunity in a resource-limited global environment.
