EPRI’s CCUS research has been ongoing for the past 10+ years. The principal focus of the research has been on capture technology and improving its cost-effectiveness and energy consumption. EPRI’s R&D in this areas spans research at the laboratory and bench scale up to large-scale industry demonstrations.
