Abstract
In this study,
straw SY (leaves ) was used as a
carrier to adsorb and immobilize high-efficiency petroleum-degrading bacteria.
The immobilized microorganisms were used to repair petro-contaminated soil. The interactions between the indigenous and
immobilized microorganisms was evaluated..The results show that the
immobilized microorganisms and the indigenous microorganisms were allowed to
interact with each other under the suitable conditions. And the degradation rate of
petroleum hydrocarbons during the 35 days of the experiment, using the
immobilized and indigenous microorganisms together, could reach 20.78%. It reveals the
indigenous microorganism and immobilized microorganism have synergy, and
improves the bioremediation efficiency of petro-contaminated soil.
