由于我国原油品质向含酸、高硫、重质等劣质化方向发展,导致原油加工过程中硫腐蚀问题严重。本文对常见减薄腐蚀类型如盐酸(HCl)腐蚀、湿硫化氢(H

O)腐蚀、酸性水腐蚀、高温硫腐蚀、高温硫+环烷酸腐蚀、高温 H
2
/H
2
S腐蚀、高温氧化腐蚀等的腐蚀环境、机理、影响因素和影响装置几方面进行分析,从而通过注入缓蚀剂、提高材料等级、加强原料及中间产物脱硫、提高材料防腐能力等措施减缓或消除设备腐蚀,提高设备的可靠性,为我国加工高硫原油的安全防护提供参考。
