Offshore Platform Kitchen Facility Change Risk

Electronic cooker is adopted in offshore platform kitchens design. Due to Chinese chef’s preference in gas stove, modification is made upon operation, with natural gas introduced into kitchen through production process equipment/pipelines etc. , while potential risks due to such changes seldom draw enough attention.
